We may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, trading experience range, programme interest, preferred dates, and message content from enquiry forms. Workshop attendees may additionally provide emergency contact details on paper registration forms stored securely on-site.
3. How we use data
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage registrations, send schedule confirmations, provide post-workshop chart feedback, and improve our curriculum. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent when submitting forms, contractual necessity when you enrol in a paid programme, and legitimate interests in operating a safe training environment.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for dispute resolution. Registration records for paid programmes are kept seven years for accounting and tax compliance. Cookie consent choices are stored locally in your browser as described in our Cookie Policy.
