Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to workshops, chart review sessions, and study circle memberships booked with App Camellia Path Co., Ltd.. It covers refund eligibility, rescheduling, no-shows, and how refunds are processed.

Workshop cancellations by participant

More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus a 500 THB administrative fee, or free transfer to the next available date within six months.

7–14 days before start: 50% refund or one free transfer to the next date within six months.

Less than 7 days before start: No refund. You may send a substitute attendee if we approve their experience level at least 48 hours ahead.

Workshop cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort due to instructor illness or venue issues, you choose a full refund or priority seat on the rescheduled date. We will notify you by email and phone as early as possible.

Chart review sessions

Cancel or reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee. If you submit charts fewer than 24 hours before the session, we may reschedule once without refund.

Study circle membership

Monthly membership may be cancelled before the first of the next month for a pro-rata refund of unused full weeks only. Drop-in visits are non-refundable once attended.

Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks already shipped or handed out
• Administrative fees stated above
• Sessions marked as attended or no-show without prior notice
• Private cohort deposits after curriculum materials have been customised to your watchlist

Deposits and partial payments

Some private cohorts require a 30% deposit to hold dates. Deposits are refundable until custom case studies are prepared, typically fourteen days before the workshop. After that point, deposits apply toward the final invoice or are forfeited on cancellation.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a completed session for chart reviews and forfeits workshop fees for multi-day programmes.

Work already started

If you leave a workshop after day one begins, partial refunds are not available. We may, at our discretion, offer credit toward a future chart review session.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers within Thailand may take an additional three business days. You will receive email confirmation when processing begins.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per registration is available if requested outside the penalty windows above. Additional changes incur a 300 THB handling fee.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies documented with a physician note may qualify for credit beyond standard windows. Contact us within seven days of the missed session.
