Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing appcamelliapath.click or enrolling in training with App Camellia Path Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or register for programmes.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and remote chart interpretation training, including workshops, private chart reviews, and study circles. We do not execute trades, manage assets, or provide personalised investment advice regulated under Thai securities law beyond educational interpretation.

3. Registration and payment

Workshop seats confirm upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated in writing. Chart review sessions require payment forty-eight hours before the scheduled time. Prices listed on the site are informational; the fee confirmed in your registration email governs.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slides, and archive charts remain our property. You may use printed materials for personal study but may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without written consent. Your own chart markups created during sessions belong to you.

5. Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions or shares unsolicited stock tips without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Training is educational. We do not guarantee trading results. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from application of workshop material. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid programme is limited to the fee you paid for that programme.

7. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or misuse contact forms. Content on the site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
